I understand if you didn’t like it. I admit the ending wasn’t sweet. I meant to portray the sad reality that even the perfectly good man and God named Jesus Christ was rejected by his fellowmen, and we shouldn’t expect to be treated any different, no matter how good our intentions. As for the mother--yes indeed it is pathetic but it is the truth of our human state, don’t you think? How often we cling on to our feeble self-pride at the cost of the wellbeing of those around us!
